My Maternity Session + Maternity Leave

HAPPY NEW YEAR! If you didn’t already know, I am expecting a baby boy the first week of  February Just 4 short weeks away!!!  In early January I will be tying up all loose ends from 2014 (wedding albums, blog posts, and business taxes) then taking a step back from work until after the birth to focus on my baby to-do list and doctors appointments. I will be shooting my first 2 weddings of 2015 in April and returning back to full-time work (photography) May 1st.

Newborn Clients – In 2015 I will not be able to take any Newborn clients as I will be doing focusing full time on wedding photography.  My apologies, but if you’re still interested in getting newborns I can refer you to a number of other great photographers who will be glad to take photos of your little one.

Portrait Clients – Back in 2014 I announced that I would be exclusively focusing on wedding photography full time, but in 2015 if you are interested in getting on the wait list for portrait sessions please email Info@alyssareneephotography.com and I will make myself available based on the level of interest in those shoots.  I may open up a couple of “mini session” dates (hopefully 1 each season) and I will announce them here on my blog as well as my FACEBOOK PAGE when the time comes.

Prospective Wedding Clients – I will do my best to answer your inquiries in a timely matter while I’m on leave.  I will not be holding any client meetings for the month of February, but will most likely begin to schedule meetings again in March.

Current Wedding and Portrait Clients – Please feel free to contact me at any point during my maternity leave.  I will get back to you, it might just take me a little longer than usual as I get adjusted to being a Mom.

I still have a few weddings & sessions to blog before I officially start my leave.  So, please check back for those sessions and of course for pictures of our new baby boy when he arrives!
